Enthusiasm and togetherness in achieving targets are the basic assets that must be owned by each individual employee, both lecturers and education staff, at Diponegoro University, especially the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture. As part of Diponegoro University which is a Legal Entity College (PTNBH), the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture is obliged to contribute to achieving the university’s main performance indicators (IKU). Without exception, all employees working at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture must work hand in hand (cooperate) in achieving the KPI target.
To provide awareness of the targets for achieving the faculty KPI and boost morale and to foster togetherness among employees within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture, on 28-29 July 2023 the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture held capacity building for all employees within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture located at Yogyakarta, East Java. The event was attended by all employees and after the capacity building event it was continued with joint tours to several destinations in the Gunung Kidul Regency area.
After returning from capacity building activities, it is hoped that the new enthusiasm in working to achieve the faculty KPI and serving students will increase.
